Last week, Sky Freeman from The Call came to speak to Child Growth and Development and Dynamic of Human Relationship classes about fostering and adoption.

These four boys helped build an exercise bike for Mrs. Hare's students, and she celebrated their hard work with a "Caught Being Good" button for all of them: Kaleb Stancil, Weston Pool, Connor Furrh, and Aidan Hill. We appreciate you!

PHS students work on Calculus, World History, and informative essays while they try to avoid getting photographed. 🤗

A Day at PHS: the hallways are full of students recording a conversation in Spanish and creating one-point perspective masterpieces!

Thanks for being a good friend and an amazing student, Ava!

PHS teachers and students spent the week preparing for ATLAS interims. Good instruction requires time and commitment, and our students are blessed to have teachers who have both!

Ivey Wheat, who was "caught" being good by Mrs. Flemmons, helped the Junior class win the pep rally AND helped her teacher at the end of a long Friday!

Come celebrate our 2025 Seniors before the games!

Mrs. Christian Flemmons "caught" Braxton and Anthony being good on Monday!

Coach Stabler nominated Jillian Key for January Student of the Month, and we couldn't be more proud of her! Congratulations, Jillian!

Congratulations to Tyler Fryar and Kade Lackey! Mrs. Rust "caught" them being good last week when they volunteered to help with a little manual labor.

Shout out to Addison Cox and Kade Braeutigam for being named Farm Bureau Player of the Week! Both high school teams remain undefeated in conference play.

Congratulations to Pottsville High School for being recognized by the Arkansas Department of Education for being in the top 5% of schools in the state in graduation rate and growth in student achievement. Well done!!!

Let the Unified Basketball games begin!

Brooklyn McGuire "caught" Jess Parham being good this week. We think Jess and all our cafeteria staff are good EVERY day, and we appreciate each of them.

Dress up days are the best at PHS! Teachers versus students (when students dress like teachers/teachers dress like students) was our favorite. Please note Coach Stabler's tardy note!

PHS thanks J. Helms for sharing her photography expertise with Mrs. Riley's Marketing students. They'll be helping several local businesses with social media content for the rest of the semester. Mrs. Helms always makes us smile!

Easton Wojtek has been a true friend to our new exchange student, Alessandro Ferrari, and he was "caught being good" introducing Alessandro to the culture of PHS and Pope County, including Waffle House!
